1. Using Sukoonzon
By creating an account or placing an order on Sukoonzon, you agree to these Conditions of Use. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation.
3. Payments
Sukoonzon supports Cash on Delivery and prepaid wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or delivery partner.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within the window shown on the product or order page. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Sukoonzon wallet once the return is received and inspected.
6. Seller Marketplace
Some items are sold by independent third-party sellers using Sukoonzon Seller Central. Sukoonzon is not the seller of record for marketplace items but may assist with dispute resolution, returns and payouts.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Conditions of Use from time to time. Continued use of Sukoonzon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
